If you like to eat something light, easy to make and to eat as much as you want, I would recommend noodle salad with the ingredients mentioned below. It is the perfect dish, and you can add any vegetables you love into it.
Prepare your salad in a bowl:
Below are the vegetables I like, but you can have the ones you like. As preparation wash and slice them all thin.

Fried chicken breast:
I love fatty meat, so I choose a chicken breast with a bit of fat and skin. Frying the chicken breast is easy. Wash the chicken, dry it and slice it thin.
- Put the sliced chicken into a hot frying pan
- Added chopped garlic (the smaller, the better)
- Add salt and sugar
Taste it to the flavor you like, but please be careful not to make it too salty. Because later when serving you will add the salad dressing which is salty.
Mix the salad dressing to the flavor you like with the following ingredients:
- Warm water
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped chili
